Description
There is a purity of shape and curve to this orange and brown 3D abstract. Essentially a complex shape was described mathematically, part of it was tiled for the pleated effect, then the spatial manifold was severely distorted for the graceful curves. Then a pattern was created and mapped onto the surface. This is original generative (mathematical) art by artist Judi Suni Hall, PhD.
