Sometimes when writing a minor character is as real to me as the main characters. This is the case with Gemma Pendi, mother of the hero in our sci fi series. I know Gemma, what her house is like on the planet Tranus, how she dresses, her favorite colors, the fact she breeds irises. This piece of art is inspired by Gemma and could hang in her house. The colors are hers. The style is a blend of art deco and techie.
