Artist's Description
This abstract has a sense of depth and motion. The name comes from one of the characters in our sci fi series, Maillie Lantonelle on the planet Surana. She lived in the tropics, entertained a lot, and had a beautiful home. I could imagine flowers like this in her garden.
In my art I try to share the joy of creating beauty. The pieces are created and chosen to enhance either a residence or a business.
This generative or mathematical art is created using the high-level programming capability available in Artmatic. Linking together modules that represent mathematical components allows the creation of complicated formulae and beautiful images. Many of the mathematical systems I create represent chaotic regimes where the slightest change in the parameters can create vastly different results.
