This abstract is inspired by our Gingezel sci fi series. It is meant to be an artifact found on the planet Surana. Roughly parallel to the galactic core, Surana was settled early in galactic expansion and has a rich cultural and artistic heritage. At the time of the series, they are famous for their athletes, and both the space sports Octagla player Larr, and his Hall of Fame roof runner father are from Surana.
